When you register for the Level 1 Recertification Online Video Training -

You need to USE YOUR OWN EMAIL ADDRESS. The email address is tied to the course and the exam.  

You will need to download and print the course materials. If you don't have the ability to print the course materials, you will need to register for an in person course.

The link to the course materials will be included in the confirmation .

The training link will not be available immediately. Once you have paid for your training, you will be sent a link to the training course. The Training Course link will be sent 24-48 hours after payment has been processed.  

You will have 24 hours to complete the course. The clock starts once you open the first video. You have until 12/31/2024 to take the course.
